We are currently looking for a Customer Manager (m/f/d) for all topics related to SLP accounting for one of our clients in Frankfurt.
The position is full-time and is to be filled on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:
- Billing of the grid usage of SLP delivery points (electronic and paper-based procedures)
- Billing plausibility check
- Maintenance of billing-relevant master data
- Billing of excess and short quantities
- Support with data preparation for the payment of the concession fee (determination of quantities and amounts)
- Handling telephone and written correspondence in the specialist area
- Support for and participation in regular process training in the area of SLP accounting
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (gn) or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the relevant regulations on grid usage (GPKE, Geli Gas, EEG, KWK-G, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the IT accounting system
- Practiced in using modern means of communication
- Distinctive customer-oriented behavior (communication skills, ability to work in a team, etc.)
- Good and confident written and spoken communication skills
