On behalf of a well-known customer from the Schönewalde region, we are looking for you as a kitchen assistant (m/f/d).

Your area of responsibility:

• Preparation of vegetables, salad and potatoes (e.g. cleaning, peeling, cutting, etc.)
• Assistance with the preparation of all meals
• Operation of kitchen machines (e.g. mixers, slicers, mincers, bread slicers, coffee machines/machines and all-purpose machines, hot-air steamers, pressure cookers)
• Serving of all meals
• Operating the pot and container washer and the dishwasher
• Cleaning of changing rooms, dining rooms (tables, chairs and floor surfaces), corridors and storage rooms (except sanitary facilities)
• Cleaning and disinfection of the entire work area and the associated equipment and utensils,
• Storage work, transportation of food,
• other activities as directed by the chef and the supervising kitchen staff.  

What you bring with you:

• The basic qualification is the health suitability for work in the kitchen or food processing areas. 
• Workers should have good experience in handling the most common kitchen machines and equipment. 
• Instruction in the new field of activity is provided on site by the kitchen supervisor. 
• You should be able to speak and write German.  
• The working week is 39 hours, Monday to Friday between 05:30 and 18:48
