Your tasks:
- Commercial handling of framework tours, in particular with regard to meeting deadlines, cost-effectiveness, routing and optimal use of resources (drivers, vehicles, product)
- Control and monitoring of our customers' order rhythms
- Recording and planning customer orders with production and scheduling
- Monitoring the timely and proper processing of transport orders
- Invoicing of frame tours
- Turnover and sales analysis of the frame tours
- Notification of shipments to forwarding agents
- Objective and friendly communication with our customers on the phone
- Coordination and optimization of internal office processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales, advantageous experience in import and export
- Independent, reliable, qualitative, structured and careful way of working
- Confident, friendly and competent demeanor
- Other foreign languages an advantage
- Confident handling of all MS Office programs
- Good knowledge of the relevant ERP systems
