Your tasks:

• Processing orders and monitoring the entire procurement process
• Determining requirements in collaboration with specialist departments
• Requesting quotations, comparing quotations and negotiating prices with suppliers
• Monitoring delivery dates and processing complaints
• Audit
• Support in the implementation of stocktaking
• Support with supplier evaluations and process optimization

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training - ideally with a focus on purchasing
• First professional experience in operational purchasing 
• Negotiating skills, assertiveness and cost awareness
• Confident handling of MS Office and Excel as well as experience with ERP systems
