• Planning and coordination of appointments
• Coordination and communication with internal and external parties to determine deadlines
• Management and maintenance of calendar systems
• Ensuring that all relevant participants are informed of deadlines in good time
• Organization of resources
• Adjustment and rescheduling of appointments in the event of changes or conflicts
• Creation and maintenance of scheduling overviews
• Support in the preparation of meetings (e.g. provision of materials, technical equipment)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or professional experience in logistics or administration
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently and set priorities
• Communication skills and good coordination with internal and external partners
