Team leader (m/f/d) 

in temporary employment with subsequent takeover

Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring ongoing operations and trouble-free workflows in the warehouse with the main functional areas of incoming goods, storage, order picking and outgoing goods
• Implementation of the site management's specifications
• Technical management of the assigned warehouse employees
• Staff deployment and vacation planning
• Active involvement in day-to-day business and problem solving
• Compliance with and monitoring of quality/work safety standards
• Coordination and monitoring of warehouse activities
• Preparation and monitoring of inventories
• Processing returns and complaints
• Suggestions for improving work processes
• Creating shift logs and reports

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics
• Professional and management experience in warehouse logistics
• Written and spoken German
• Forklift license
• Confident handling of common IT applications (SAP desirable)
• Flexibility with regard to working hours and high resilience
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
