On behalf of a well-known customer from the region, we are looking for exactly you as 

Team Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Administrative activities to support the management
  • Intensive cooperation with internal departments (e.g. assistance with the organization and mapping in the ERP system of Promotion Marketing)
  • International communication with our foreign offices (EU + Dubai)
  • Reception of guests, 
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Placing orders as required
  • Assistance for sales in the area of problem solving with customers / shipping companies
  • Support in process management for the entire company

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, with experience in similar positions
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong contact and communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • High level of diligence and sense of responsibility
