Your tasks:
- Independent processing of payment transactions and posting of all bank transactions
- Supervision of asset accounting as well as reconciliation and maintenance of accounts and master data
- Preparation and review of VAT returns and statistics
- Processing of incoming payments and implementation of receivables management with dunning process
- Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Contact for banks, auditors and tax consultants
- Participation in the optimization of workflows in financial accounting
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
- Sound accounting knowledge and good know-how in income and VAT law
- Confident handling of ERP software (e.g. Navision, Business Central) and the common MS Office 365 applications
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
