Your tasks:

• Processing complaints, returns and transport damage
• Delivery date monitoring
• Creating invoices, credit and debit notes
• Clarification of customer account cooperation with the interfaces: Sales, technology, plants, warehouse and logistics

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a wholesale/foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding merchant (m/f/d) or equivalent knowledge through professional experience
• Good knowledge and skills in SAP R3 order processing
• Good knowledge and skills MS Office
• English spoken and written
