Your tasks:

• Independent implementation of financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
• Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts and clarification of differences
• Preparation of tax returns and cooperation with external tax consultants
• Support with budget planning and monitoring
• Participation in the optimization of accounting processes and systems
• Preparation of reports and analyses on the company's financial situation

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Sound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (HGB, IFRS) and tax law
• Confident handling of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
