Your tasks:

• Account assignment and posting of current business transactions in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitoring and booking of payment transactions
• Support in asset accounting, in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and in reporting to public authorities
• Independent collaboration in the dunning process
• Audit of travel expense reports

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training; further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant (m/f/d) desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the accounting department of a company with HGB accounting
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
• Confident handling of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team and discretion
• Enjoy optimizing existing processes
