On behalf of a well-known customer from the Cologne region, we are looking for exactly you as a dispatcher (m/f/d) / organizational talent (m/f/d), for an exciting challenge ina specialized wholesale company.

Your tasks:

• Processing of standardized and individual, regional / local processes in various systems
• Regional / local scheduling, control, monitoring and feedback of work orders
• Telephone and written communication within and outside the company
• Planning the assembly and technical teams
• Support in the preparation of information and decision papers

Your profile:

• Completed training in a recognized apprenticeship in a relevant field (industrial clerk, forwarding agent or similar)
• Special knowledge and skills in terms of communication competence and organizational skills
• Confident handling of common IT programs
• Very good written and spoken German 
• Team-oriented and customer-oriented work
