For a well-known customer from the Leverkusen region we are looking for you as a dispatcher in the recycling industry (m/f/d).

Your area of responsibility:

• Personnel and resource planning
• Preparation and checking of transport documents
• Employee management and assignment of work tasks
• Compliance with the relevant legal regulations
• Monitoring and optimization of daily operations 
• Complaint processing and initiation of corrective measures
• Delivery note creation
• Telephone customer support and advice
• Order acceptance

What you bring with you:

• you have a commercial education
• Ideally professional experience as a dispatcher, but not a must
• Basic knowledge of scheduling
• Knowledge of the common MS Office programs
