Our client is looking for an employee for data reconciliation (m/f/d) as a permanent reinforcement for the central services department.

Your tasks:

• Advising customers on the phone and by e-mail
• Identification of customers via inbound video telephony 
• Telephony for existing customers
• Collaboration in the creation of working documents

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable experience 
• Communication skills and social skills
• Quick comprehension 
• Confident handling of MS-Office 
• You have a very good command of German and very good written and spoken English
