Your tasks:

• Ensure that all safety-related regulations, in particular environmental protection and occupational safety, are complied with
• Participation in the development of proposals and measures to improve work processes
• Participation in the implementation and monitoring of metering service processes
• Implementation of control, scheduling and monitoring of all measures for the metering service area
• Implementation of control and monitoring of partner companies
• Implementation of order management
• Implementation of processes for customer-driven measures 
• Support with quality assurance measures and preparation of reports
• Support in the processing of inconsistent master data
• Participation in communication across all media  

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory framework (e.g. EnWG, Strom- und GasGVV, GPKE, GeLiGas)
• Knowledge of the respective tariff and contract constructs
• Knowledge of the IT accounting system
• Practiced handling of modern communication media
• Strong customer-oriented behavior (communication skills, ability to work in a team, etc.)
• Good and confident written and spoken communication skills 
• Sensitivity to data protection and confidential information
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Open to change
