Your tasks:
- Independent and autonomous set-up of CNC processing machines
- Operation of CNC lathes and/or milling machines
- Change and adjust tools and devices as required
- Carrying out the worker self-check
- Correction of detected dimensional deviations, documentation of measured values
- Input and maintenance of operating data (BDE) on the assigned machines
- Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace used
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a technical metal profession
- Experience with cutting machines (CNC turning, milling or CNC grinding)
- Experience with CNC controls (Siemens 840D, Heidenhain 4290, Mazatrol Matrix 2)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Good technical understanding and high quality awareness
- Self-motivation, ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts
