• Price maintenance
• Create credit notes and returns in SAP
• Processing customer concerns and coordinating with other departments
• Creating orders and requests 

• Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable training
• Confident knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Structured, process-oriented and independent way of working
