Your tasks:
- Processing the invoice from the ERP
- Account assignment, recording and posting of complaints, incoming invoices and credit notes
- Creation and maintenance of master data
- Monitoring open items and charging reminder fees
- Create payment runs for direct debit collections
- Contact person for customers, debtors and creditors
- Participation in the preparation of VAT
- WERE invoice verification and maintenance of the clearing account
- Management of the creditor bank journal
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, possibly also accountant
- Several years of professional experience (at least 10 - 12 years) in financial accounting
- Sound knowledge of tax and financial law
- Knowledge of financial, balance sheet and asset accounting and business evaluations
- Very good understanding of numbers and correlations
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills are an advantage
- Experience with Datev desirable
