Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Information Services team in Homburg, Saar. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our customers and processing inquiries.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Telephone customer support and advice
  • Processing of inquiries and complaints
  • Recording customer data in the system
  • Active support in solving problems
  • Collaboration with other departments to improve customer service

What you bring with you:

  • Experience in call center or customer service is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in German, other languages an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • High service orientation and empathy
