For our client in St. Ingbert we are looking for several customer advisors (m/f/d) for telephone and digital service. The client works in the banking and savings bank sector. The support takes place via telephone, e-mail and chat. 

Available immediately, easy to reach by public transportation, flexible working hours between 06:00 - 22:00

Your tasks:

• You support customers by phone, e-mail or chat
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Processing complaints and issuing order information
• Arrangement of appointments in the branches

Your profile:

• Friendly interaction with customers
• Good PC skills
• dialect-free High German
• Flexible in terms of time between 06:00 - 22:00
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Enjoy dealing with customers
