Your tasks:

• Independent organization of the ordering and procurement system
• Determination and planning of goods requirements
• Checking, creating and initiating purchase requisitions
• Monitoring and tracking of ordered goods and services
• Supporting the back office with supplier inquiries and invoice verification

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (office, industrial, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of English
• Independent and structured way of working
