Your tasks:

• Telephone support for national customers
• Preparation and follow-up of commercial offers
• Order maintenance and monitoring
• Independent checking, registration and processing of customer orders
• Carrying out data collection, processing and maintenance

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training 
• Professional experience in internal sales is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German & French
• Confident handling of the common Office programs
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
• Ability to work in a team
• Conscientious, focused and efficient way of working and high quality standards
