• Overall responsibility for human resources

• Preparation of personnel requirements planning
• Budget planning and coordination with the department heads
• Advice for management and executives

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on Human Resources
• Several years of experience in human resources
• You have extensive experience in the field of leadership
• You have a good command of English
