Your tasks:

• Customer advice on the phone and by e-mail
• Processing customer inquiries, order processing and fulfillment
• Creating delivery bills and invoices 
• Maintenance of master data in the merchandise management system
• Deadline tracking and coordination of orders
• Complaint processing
• Planning and organization of service assignments

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training 
• Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and merchandise management systems
