Your area of responsibility:
- Independent management of a defined support area and execution of all tasks during the entire employee life cycle
- Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related operational and strategic issues relating to labor law, works constitution and collective bargaining law
- Support with personnel planning, budgeting and controlling
- Co-design of organizational, personnel development and change processes
- Collaboration on projects
What you bring with you:
- Studies with a focus on human resources or commercial vocational training with further training in the field of human resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an industrial environment
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German
