Your tasks:

• You are responsible for controlling the entire production process
• You support and represent the shift supervisor in all matters
• You are the technical contact person for employees
• You provide support with personnel deployment planning
• Control of work preparation
• Documentation of maintenance and servicing measures
• Implementation of safety instructions
• Compliance with company standards 
• You provide support in production as required

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the metal industry or comparable
• Further training as a technician or master craftsman an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company
• You have experience of leading a team
• You are customer-oriented and team-oriented
• You work in a structured, independent and results-oriented manner
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of MS-Office and ERP system
