Your tasks:
- Operation, inspection, maintenance and servicing of technical building systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation)
- Electrical installation work
- Fault-related repairs and minor repairs
- Interdisciplinary support for technical supply systems
- Maintaining and updating error, test, maintenance and inspection reports
System documentation - Coordination of external companies for maintenance and repair work
- Customer and tenant support
- Procurement management of consumables
- On-call service
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the fields of heating engineering / sanitary engineering / ventilation engineering / refrigeration engineering or electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Interdisciplinary expertise
- Experience in technical service or facility management is an advantage
- IT skills
- Routine process documentation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment and reliability
- Driving license class B (old: class 3)
