Your tasks:

• Betreuer (m/w/d) haustechnischer Anlagen vor Ort
• Contact for customers
• Durchführung von Wartungen, Inspektionen und                Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Troubleshooting, fault rectification and repair
• Safety and functional checks
• Commissioning of systems 
• Monitoring and controlling the services of external companies
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichten, ggf. Übertragung in EDV-Systeme, sowie Aktualisierung technischer Unterlagen von    Anlagen

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, electrician, electrical fitter  
• manual dexterity
