Your tasks:

• Responsibility for asset accounting in accordance with German commercial and tax law
• Carrying out plant inventories including the corresponding documentation
• Responsible for materials accounting, including inventories and stock differences
• Comprehensive support of a major customer area in accounts receivable accounting
• Processing travel expense reports in the accounting process
• Posting and reconciliation of bank and cash documents
• Representation in accounts payable
• Support with the reconciliation of the general ledger and sub-ledgers and with the annual financial statements
• Participation in the optimization and improvement of internal accounting processes
• Key user for the implementation of system software

Your profile:

• Completed training in the commercial sector with further training as a financial accountant or business administrator
• Several years of experience in asset and accounts receivable accounting, ideally in a medium-sized production company in the automotive sector
• Secure handling of confidential information and a high degree of accuracy and care
• Strong understanding of numbers and a precise, structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and service orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Infor / Ametras is an advantage
