Your area of responsibility:

• Responsible for the complete implementation and professional execution of repair orders themselves and by the mechanics according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications
• Ensuring flawless work quality
• Responsible for the operational and road safety of customer vehicles as part of the repair work and final inspection to be carried out
• Technical support for mechanics when making diagnoses and carrying out difficult repairs
• Management, guidance and motivation of subordinate employees
• Carrying out the final technical inspection after order processing
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the workshop area.
• Planning and implementation of training and further education measures for mechanics
• Control of all work outsourced in terms of quality and deadlines
• Organization of order scheduling by mechanic
• Qualification in coordination with the service consultant if necessary
• Constant comparison of current workshop capacity with order deadlines
• Organization of parts supply for the mechanics.
• Monitoring and organization of order and cleanliness in the service area
• Productive cooperation in diagnostics / electrics and mechanics
