Your area of responsibility:
- Customer support from order entry to dispatch
- Control and monitoring of goods movements in the warehouse management system
- Interface to warehouse, scheduling and external service providers
- Carrying out inventories and stock monitoring
- Preparation of customer invoices
- Maintenance and evaluation of statistics
- Optimization of warehouse processes
