Your area of responsibility:

• Technical and commercial project management in sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology
• Advice for existing customers from industry and commerce
• Supervision of technical execution, coordination and material planning
• Management and instruction of assembly staff
• Negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Management of subcontractors in the SHK sector
• Implementation of project management processes and quality standards
• Development and maintenance of a customer base

What you bring with you:

• Master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in the planning and implementation of HVAC systems, in particular in the fields of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of the planning, installation and operation of alternative energy generators, such as heat pumps, is desirable
• Experience in managing teams
• Sound knowledge of project management, contract law and MS Office applications
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility and quality awareness
