Your tasks:
- Payment transactions: Processing and monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments, also with the support of SFirm and automated systems.
- Bookkeeping:Responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping, including account assignment and posting of business transactions.
- Dunning: Creation and tracking of reminders and clarification of outstanding items in cooperation with customers and colleagues.
- Reconciliations: Account reconciliations in close cooperation with the tax consultant.
- Administrative activities: Maintenance of master data and support in the digitalization and optimization of processes.
Your profile:
- Experience counts:Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting, or comparable qualifications.
- Digital competence:Confident handling of MS Office, experience with accounting software (ideally SFirm or similar programs).
- Conscientiousness:Your way of working is characterized by precision, structure and reliability.
- Strong communication skills:You communicate clearly and professionally - whether internally within the team or externally with customers and partners.
