We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Specialist for a company in the manufacturing industry in Ilmenau, Thuringia. In this position you will be responsible for the strategic and operational support of the HR department and contribute to its further development.

Your tasks:

• Management of the recruitment process from job advertisement to hiring
• Support for the HR department
• Maintenance of personnel files
• Participation in projects to improve the corporate culture and structure

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in human resources desirable
• Knowledge of labor law and common HR tools and software solutions
• excellent communication skills in German, other languages an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a structured way of working
