Financial accounting
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Checking and account assignment of accounting transactions
- Creation of manual invoices
- Creating payments
- Cash accounting
- Dunning run
Payroll accounting
- Maintenance of time recording and personnel master data
- Preparation of payroll accounting
- Filing for the digital personnel file
- General HR support
General commercial activities
- Processing of incoming mail / invoices
- Preparation of the annual financial statements
- Vacation replacement in the area of procurement
- Creation of various evaluations & statistics
What you bring with you:
- Training in the commercial sector e.g. industrial clerks or office clerks m/f/d
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a team, as well as discreet and conscientious work
- Experience with the ERP system Microsoft Navision & the financial program Addison an advantage (good training guaranteed)
