Precision Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Production and assembly of high-precision mechanical parts and components
• Precision machining of metal parts (e.g. turning, milling, grinding, drilling) in compliance with the strictest dimensional and tolerance specifications
• Assembly and adjustment of machines, devices and precision mechanical systems
• Maintenance, repair and servicing of machines and systems to ensure smooth production processes
• Creation of technical drawings and documentation
• Error analysis and optimization of production processes
• Inspection and quality assurance of manufactured parts using measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, gauges, 3D measuring machines)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a precision mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable technical training
• Experience in the production of precision components and the application of fine machining techniques
• Sound knowledge of CNC-controlled machines, conventional machine tools and modern measuring methods
• Technical understanding and the ability to read and implement technical drawings
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and measuring equipment is an advantage
