Your tasks:

• Independent support and management of condominium owners' associations, taking into account all legal, financial and technical requirements
• Organizing and conducting owners' meetings and taking minutes
• Implementation of the resolutions passed in close cooperation with the owners
• Active communication with owners, janitors, service providers and tradesmen
• Regular property inspections, document inspections and maintenance management to ensure value retention
• Coordination and awarding of repair, refurbishment and renovation contracts

Your profile:

• Completed training in the real estate sector or comparable qualification
• Confident handling of IT systems
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
