Your tasks:
- Telephone advice to customers on contracts and dunning procedures
- Clarification of facts regarding insurance cover with coverage and liability issues
- Checking and issuing repair approvals to contractual partners, policyholders and repair companies
- Working in various data processing systems

- Completed vocational training with initial work experience

- High communication skills
- Quick comprehension as well as a systematic and reliable way of working
