On behalf of a well-known client from Kelsterbach, we are looking for clerks (m/f/d) in both accounts receivable and accounts payable!

Your tasks:

  • Accounts receivable accounting: invoicing, accounting, payment and posting
  • of recharges, dunning
  • Accounts payable: checking, account assignment, pre-entry and posting of invoices and credit notes, account clarification
  • Managing security deposits
  • Carrying out payment runs
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Support in compiling the annual financial statement documents  

Your profile:

  • Commercial training, tax clerk, office administrator (further training to become a financial accountant is welcome
    )
  • Experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the
    real estate industry
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Ideally experience with SAP (FI/CO)
  • Independent, careful and precise work, analytical thinking skills
