• Pedagogical co-design: actively and creatively help develop the daycare center's daily routine
• Childcare: accompany the children lovingly and individually

Your profile:

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Good professional and social skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in the further development of our concept
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Extended certificate of good conduct
