Daycare Center Manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of an anden in the Rhine-Main area, we are looking for you KiTa Manager (m/f/d) preferably full-time and with a takeover option!

Your tasks:

• Personnel and organizational management of the daycare center, primarily administrative activities
• External representation of the facility, communication with partners, supervisory authorities and the youth welfare office, development and maintenance of networks  Cooperation with relevant institutions (e.g. youth welfare office, educational counseling, health department, early intervention center), with neighboring daycare centers and the elementary school
• Control and implementation of regulations regarding child safety, health, occupational safety, hygiene and maintenance
• Developing pedagogical concepts and monitoring their implementation
• Quality assurance and further development
• Planning and design of furnishings and equipment
• Organization of the admission of children, including information meetings with parents
• Conducting job interviews and selecting new employees

Your profile:

• Completed training as an educator or comparable completed pedagogical training
• First relevant professional experience as a KiTa manager/deputy KiTa manager desirable
• Team and service-oriented and independent way of working
• Motivation, initiative, creativity and openness to new impulses and ideas 
• Decisive and organizational
