On behalf of a well-known company from Mainz, we are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) in finance and accounting, preferably full-time, but part-time is also possible.

Your tasks:

  • Monitoring account assignment and posting
  • Control and release of payment transactions and monitoring of open items
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and asset accounting
  • Preparation of advance VAT returns
  • Processing of all accounting transactions in the general ledger
  • Management of factoring and liquidity planning

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and further training as an accountant (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Sound knowledge of tax law and HGB accounting
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as knowledge and experience in working with ERP systems
