Your area of responsibility:

  • Processing orders and customer inquiries
  • Preparation of quotations and invoices
  • Close cooperation with all internal interfaces (logistics, warehouse, shipping and incoming goods)
  • Complaints management
  • Maintenance of master data and administrative activities

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a
  • Comparable professional background with initial practical experience
  • Independent and structured way of working, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Friendly and confident demeanor, especially on the phone
  • Confident dealing with customers in personal contact
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility paired with a hands-on mentality
  • Basic technical understanding as the basis for our training courses
