Your area of responsibility:

• Planning and organizing on-time delivery to customers and construction sites
• Coordination with freight forwarders to ensure delivery capacities and optimize supply chains
• Route optimization to maximize efficiency and minimize transport costs
• Route planning via the merchandise management system
• Communicating with customers to confirm delivery dates and deal with queries or challenges
• Checking forwarding invoices
• Analysis of current market prices to calculate forwarding costs
• Ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines for the fleet and drivers

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or a comparable professional career with initial practical experience in scheduling and route planning
• Independent and structured way of working, strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly and confident demeanor
• Problem-solving skills and flexibility paired with a hands-on mentality
