Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the implementation and execution of resident-specific care and support
• you promote the quality of life of the senior citizens in your care by providing individual and holistic care
• You carry out professional treatment and basic care
• You organize the care process and document the process planning and care documentation
• You guarantee compliance with quality requirements
• You are an understanding and competent contact person for the concerns of residents and their relatives

What you bring with you:

• You have completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• You have empathy, friendliness, patience and an emphatic attitude when dealing with older people
• You love your job and are passionate about it
