Job description

On behalf of a well-known customer from the Bingen region, we are looking for exactly you as an electrician specializing in energy and building technology (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Operating the technical building systems in close cooperation with the operations manager
• Independently carrying out maintenance, inspections and repairs of technical systems and equipment in electrical and building services engineering
• Eliminating faults in technical systems and electrical and building services equipment
  Organizing, managing and monitoring maintenance and servicing work on technical building systems
• General building services activities in the areas of electrical and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary engineering
• Proper maintenance of system-related documentation
• Coordination and inspection of external tradesmen's services
  Operating technical systems and equipment

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for energy and building services engineering, electrician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in electrical and building services engineering an advantage
• Ability to work independently, commitment and team spirit
• Competent and friendly demeanor
