Your tasks:

  • Independent and comprehensive support for selected companies 
  • Advising employees and managers on human resources and labor law issues
  • Sparring partner for managers at operational and strategic level in personnel and organizational change processes
  • Responsibility for personnel cost planning in the supervised areas
  • Promotion and support of personnel and organizational development activities
  • Further development of HR processes and setting future-oriented priorities
  • Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
  • Advice and support in complex employment law cases
  • Participation in the design of corporate culture processes
  • Takeover of HR projects

Your profile:

  • Completed business studies with a focus on human resources
  • At least 3 years of HR professional experience and a professional range of topics in operational and strategic HR work
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of labor and works constitution law
  • Service orientation and the necessary HR intuition
  • Drivers with a proactive and forward-looking approach
  • Experienced handling of common IT systems (MS Office, SAP HCM)
  • High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility as well as an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to communicate confidently with different hierarchical levels
