Your tasks:

  • Drafting employment contracts and contract amendments
  • Dispatch of contract documents and follow-up of returns
  • Preparation of works council hearings for new hires
  • Preparation of parental leave confirmations and other documents upon submission
  • Contact person for all administrative personnel issues
  • Support in personnel administration and general personnel management tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Specialist knowledge and relevant experience in personnel administration
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as organizational skills
  • Strong initiative and high quality standards
  • Very good written and oral German language skills
  • Good MS Office skills
