Your tasks:

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Warengruppenstrategien: Sie verantworten die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien für den medizinischen Sachbedarf, um eine optimale Versorgung unserer Klinik zu gewährleisten.
• Vertrags- und Preismanagement: Neben der Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Lieferantenverträgen, wie Bonusverträgen, Ausschreibungen und Abnahmevereinbarungen, optimieren Sie Einkaufspreise und führen Jahresgespräche mit Lieferanten, um kontinuierlich Verbesserungen zu erzielen.
• Sortimentsoptimierung: Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, das Sortiment stetig zu optimieren, zu harmonisieren und zu standardisieren, um eine effiziente und einheitliche Versorgung sicherzustellen.
• Markt- und Trendbeobachtung: Sie behalten den Beschaffungsmarkt und aktuelle Trends im Medizinbereich im Blick und erkennen frühzeitig Veränderungen, um unser Klinikum optimal vorzubereiten
• Vorbereitung und Leitung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams: Sie koordinieren und führen funktionsübergreifende Teams, um strategische Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed business studies or commercial training with additional business qualifications and five years of professional experience.
• Sound professional experience in purchasing and supply chain management, ideally in a medical environment.
• You are characterized by strong negotiating skills, a goal-oriented way of working combined with a high degree of assertiveness, a confident and authoritative manner, a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
• Above-average understanding of figures and confident handling of SAP (MM module) and the usual MS Office applications (especially Excel).
