Your tasks:
- Independent and timely execution of monthly payroll accounting
- Supporting and advising employees on payroll tax and social security issues
- Maintenance and administration of personnel master data and management of digital personnel files
- Contact for health insurance companies, social insurance providers and authorities
- Creation of certificates, statistics and evaluations
- Support with HR projects and process optimization
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting and sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Confident handling of accounting programs (e.g. DATEV, SAP HCM or similar)
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
