Your tasks:

  • Independent and timely execution of monthly payroll accounting
  • Supporting and advising employees on payroll tax and social security issues
  • Maintenance and administration of personnel master data and management of digital personnel files
  • Contact for health insurance companies, social insurance providers and authorities
  • Creation of certificates, statistics and evaluations
  • Support with HR projects and process optimization

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
  • Several years of experience in payroll accounting and sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Confident handling of accounting programs (e.g. DATEV, SAP HCM or similar)
  • Reliable, structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
